So a good shoe to have under this would be the Paracordps. ” I’ve heard people call them sponges, but I prefer to call them shoes with a little sponge inside of them. They’re usually made of rubber, foam, or some combination of those materials.
Most of us experience supination at some time in our life. We may have a hard time keeping a straight line between the toe and heel when walking. If you experience this, and you don’t have a hard time keeping a straight line then you have probably already been inflicted with supination at some point in your life. Whether you’re a high-pronator, or just find that your feet slide a bit while walking, you can usually fix the problem by investing in a good pair of shoes.

By doing this, you prevent the shoe from sliding all along the floor while you walk, and you keep the shoe from rubbing up and down on your foot.

You should probably go up a size or two, if you’re not used to wearing shoes, and get your feet accustomed to them before moving on to a bigger size. After using one of these treatments for a while, you might notice that your urination problem is gone. It’s really a miracle product that can save you a lot of money on athletic shoes!
One of the most common causes of what is supination is wearing tight shoes. I don’t recommend this, but if you need to have a tighter fit in your shoes than you can always look into insoles. The insoles will push your foot further into the shoe, keeping it from sliding around. You’ll also find that if you have thick soles, then it will be harder for your foot to slide around in the shoe, since the extra weight of the insoles won’t allow it to move as much.
So the next time you slip into a pair of shoes that aren’t right, try a heel box treatment. You might be surprised at how much better your shoes feel once they’ve been treated. Just remember that there are some things that you can do to help prevent what is supination in the first place. You should try all of the things above as a preventive measure, and if that doesn’t work you should then seek out a podiatrist to get what’s going on with your feet.
